PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Nicole is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a strong practice in Real Estate, Conveyancing, and Banking Law. She brings precision, diligence, and awareness to every transaction she handles, positioning herself as a trusted advisor to both corporate and individual clients.
In the Real Estate and Conveyancing practice, Nicole has acted in numerous property transactions, including large-scale developments, acquisitions, disposals, subdivisions and leases. She is extensively involved in the preparation, negotiation, and review of sale agreements, leases, transfers, and joint venture agreements, ensuring that transactions are well-structured and tailored to clients’ needs. She further oversees stamping and registration processes, conducts thorough property and corporate due diligence and provides advisory on planning regulations, change of user, lease extensions, amalgamations, and other compliance requirements, with a focus on minimizing risk while maximizing value.
In the Banking and Finance practice, Nicole supports financial institutions, investors, and borrowers by preparing and registering security documentation, including legal charges, corporate bonds, debentures, deeds of guarantee and indemnity, loan agreements, and syndicated loan arrangements. She liaises with registries to facilitate the timely perfection of securities and assists clients in structuring innovative financing solutions that align with both legal and commercial imperatives.
Beyond transactional practice, Nicole is also engaged in litigation support, drafting and filing pleadings and providing advisory on disputes arising from commercial, banking, and property transactions.
